SAN DIEGO – 11 May 2007 – Quiznos, one of the nation's fastest-growing
quick service restaurant chains and pioneer of the toasted sandwich, was today recognized
by Zagat Surveys as one of the top five fast food chains in the nation. This recognition
was based on four factors: food, facilities, service and overall experience.

Zagat customers say of Quiznos in the survey, "Some of the 'best subs around' come
from this 'step-up' sandwich chain whose 'unique angles' includes 'great ingredients
and plenty of em', an option for 'oven-toasting' and the 'best condiment selection."

Categorically, Quiznos was ranked in a tie for 4th/5th place in Food, 5th place
in facilities, 5th place in service and in a tie for 4th/5th place in Overall Experience.

The Zagat Fast Food Chains 2007 Survey was released in a one-time partnership with
The Today Show. For the survey, over 5,500 avid diners rated 24 of the country's
largest fast-food franchises.
